Hello, is it possible to arrive in delhi on the 26th nov and get in dharamsala on the same day before 18hs? does anybody knows the frequency of the buses leaving from tibet neighborhood...thank you

possible if you are arriving at an early hour like 2am. Otherwise it would be difficult.

The buses to Dharamshala from Majnu ka tila (Tibetan Colony) leave in the early evenings only. Usually around 6 pm and arriving early morning about 7 am.

But you can get ordinary H P buses from ISBT at an early hour. They will not arrive to Dharamshala before 6pm.

You will have to take a train to chakki bank from delhi during the day.

If you really need to be there by 18hrs, best to fly. Kingfisher (I think it's the only airline that flies Delhi-Dharmsala) has a daily flight that would get you there in time.
