Delhi - 2 quick questions..
Hi,
Only two weeks before I arrive in India for the first time - I'm both excited and a little nervous! Two quick questions.. I wind up back in Delhi on the 26th Jan. Is it going to be possible to get a ticket for the Republic Day parade 'on the day' or do you have to buy it in advance. Indeed, is it possible to see the parade without a ticket? Does anyone know whether the Broadway Hotel still does the '2 hour walking tour' of Delhi. I've seen it mentioned in the LP guide but I don't think I've seen any reference to it on IM. Anybody done it? Many thanks, Jeff |

i have never seen the parade live but i believe there is no entry ticket. you have to be there a little early to secure seats in the front rows
