Its possible to buy as well as get the suit tailored from Raymonds, but speaking from personal experience their tailors are not the best. Better option is to pick up the cloth from them but find yourself another tailor...

I have on numerous occasions used the tailor who sits in the fabric shop in Khan Market called Delhi Cloth House. You can buy the fabric/lining etc in the shop and the tailor makes your clothes.
He makes clothes for most of the diplomatic/ex-pat community in Delhi and though his prices are towards the top end, you get good service and excellent tailoring.
I would personally recommend that you first get something made using not too expensive fabric to check that he meets your criteria .

Good luck.

I bought a pair of pants there that fit perfectly although I'm not sure what colour they are. At the store, I though they were brown but in the morning they look tan, in the sunlight grey and on occasion like a really vomitus-type pale violet.

The material must come from outer space and when I pull them out of the drawer, Rover hides behind the couch. Plus, after wearing them for a few hours, I don't need viagra for weeks on end.

Good Karma all around, except for the hound.

What does it mean when you talk about a high end price? Whats the price for a suit there?

High end prices would be designer labels and theres no ceiling on the prices as such...can be 8000 can be 80,000. You need to figure out how much you want to spend and let us know so one can advise best in terms of what is available and/or can be made.
