I would love to take a days cooking class in Delhi, I have been looking but cannot find 1 day, anyone know of any? Thanks for your answers

One day is too small a time.... I think you should talk to your Hotel's F&B Manager, they may organise something for you....

Nita Mehta an author of many cook books runs a training school, but courses are long tenure, still you may trying contact her at sm @ vsnl.com
