Cashmere Jacket?

This might sound pretentious, but I want a nice cashmere jacket from India.

I only have a day in Delhi to get it. Where can I go?

He wants to wear it at home, I think.

Or is Delhi like UK --- clothes only in the shops according to season, as opposed to fruits and vegetables, which get forced, imported, etc, etc so as to be available in supermarkets all year?

yeah..even though winter clothings can be bought at this stage as well..but the number of shops, range and variety would be extremely limited..

After all..one cannot even dream of walking into a woolen store when the temperature is above 40 C....

But top-end stuff for the tourists or special presents?

Like you can buy cashmere shawls here in Chennai when the temperature is in the 40s. I don't take any notice of suit material, but the expensive stuff is probably available in that too.

I have never purchased this stuff in outside the season so I have not much knowledge about the same..

But exploring some stores like Shopper Stop, Lifestyle and Westside would not harm..
