The Blue Triangle YWCA is located on Ashoka Road, not very far from the CP (Connaught Place). If you are coming from the New Delhi Railway Station, you may ask for Bangla Sahib which is just next to YWCA. Many people might not know if you ask them you have to go to YWCA. but if you ask for Bangla Sahib on the Ashoka Road, I'm sure everyone would know that(especially Auto Rickshaw Drivers). Coincidentally while looking for your answer, I came across the General Secretary of Blue Triangle YWCA and she comes out to be my School Teacher for almost 6 years. SO another great discovery. Thanks to you. ![]() Cheers !!!

Beer
I will be arriving in the Blue Triangle -- if things go according to plan -- at 9 .15 pm. Are there any places nearbye that I can grab a beer -- I surely will need one after a 14 hour flight

As mentioned CP will be your best bet and there are enough choices. Most places will accept a bard order till 11 PM , some beyond that as well...so that gives you enough time to have not 1 but more!!

Is the Shangri La Hotel within walking distance of the Blue Triangle. The Blue Triangle is 1 Ashok Road and the hotel 19 Ashok Road. Is it safe to walk around there after 10 at night, I shall go the bar at the hotel for my beer.

I'll get an auto-rickshaw to the Metropolis and get cheap beer. I thought it was a one minute walk away. Not 5 star hotels I want, it is ice cold beer
After a 14 hour flight ![]() Thanks for your suggestions |

A 15-minutes walk is too much for a cold beer...?
