i have been livin in paharganj hotels for some time now. presently put up in hotel Anoop.

Which hotel do you think is the best value for money hotel in pharganj??

My two favorites are the Hare Krishna Guesthouse, next door and also owned by the same folks that own the Anoop and the Major's Den. I'm sure there will be many opinions as to what the best value for the money is in P'ganj.

i'd always thought that the major's den was independant? it seems a little highly priced for what it offers though i'm aware that it is at least not on the main bazaar.
In that vein i would nominate 'my home' which, though a bit windowless in the rooms i've seen, is quite homely and not run by a chain!

I prefer Hotel Prince Polonia opposite Major Den, very quiet street considering its location to main bazzar. KK

When was the last time you stayed in Prince Polonia - I am not so concerned with a tight budget, but just wandered why it is double the price to say Star Paradise - is there really so much difference?
