Arriving Delhi Airport at 2am

Hi,

Seen a number of threads but was just looking for the latest info.

We arrive at the Delhi interntional terminal at approx 2am and then have a spicejet flight to varanasi at 11.15am.

We plan to stay at the airport. Is it best for us to stay at the international / domestic terminal (in terms of comfort and least hassle). What time would we need to leave the international to get to the domestic in time?

Any advice would be great.

I've arrived at Delhi at an early hour, I cant imagine stating there I would head for some cheap nearby accomodation for a few hours kip, then head for the domestic terminal

Any suggestions on cheap/clean accomodation for a couple of hours near both airports? (airport pick/drop-off included preferably)

its best to stay at the airport for such a short time .. as hotels nearby airtport could b really expensiove at times

Getting mixed reports of where is best to stay - Arrivals area of international or departures area of domestic?

Also best way to get to the domestic? Is there a shuttle bus? How long does it take? How frequent do they run?

stay at the international airport lounge .. and later shift to domestic just before your varanasi plane. u can get a prepaid taxi from international to domestioc at about 5$

Thanks! -arrived and took your advice and stayed in the int terminal which was fine. Always flights coming in so didn't stick out too much trying to get a quick nap in.
