Hi friends, i will be relocating to Delhi end Sept. I am look for a fully furnished apartment for me and my wife preferably closeby to Vasant Square Mall, Vasant Kunj.

Requirements:

Apartment
- INR20k to INR30k
- 2 bedroom, cosy, new with living hall, dining, wet kitchen, terrace/garden/balcony
- fully furnished (living, bedroom, kitchen stuff, dining)
- pool and/or gym/squash/tennis/badminton courts
- nearby amenities (wet market, restaurants, supermarkets)
- nearby public transportation (light transit train)
- quiet and safe neighborhood

Church
Looking for non-denominational Holy Spirit church that believe in the Father, Lord Jesus Christ and Holy Spirit and bible the Word of God to fellowship.

Teaching English part-time
Looking for schools or pre-school schools for wife to teach English to kids part time within the neighborhood

Drive & Car
How much the cost to rent 4 wheel say Innova + driver all inclusive?

Cable TV
how much and channels?

I am doubtful about you getting such an accomodation for Rs.20/30K in Vasant Vihar.

Vasant vihar is one of the most expensive places in Delhi. Try Vasant Kunj & Munirka.

well guys he is askin for Vasant Kunj itself.. not Vasant Vihar..

Hi i.am.in.christ ...

you will easily find an apartment on rent in Vasant Kunj within ur range though it might not be furnished..infact its hard to find furnished flats/apartments in delhi ...

there are a couple of gyms/spa centers/swiming pools near to vasant kunj .. but not inside the apartments ...

There is a Church in vasant kunj..bt i m not too sure whether it is non-denominational Holy Spirit church ... u need to check urself... there is another church .. that is in Vasant Vihar...St.Dominic Chruch

Teaching English part-time

I am not too sure about this ....

For how much time you are looking forward to rent this car??

Cable TV

In india now we have satellite DTH services available through Tata Sky, Dish TV and Big TV

What kind of channels do u like to see....

There is no light transit train service anywhere near Vasant Kunj. If you mean Metro, the service in south Delhi will start only around 2010.

I know a guy who managed to pick up something which was furnished within the range you have suggested, but that was almost a year back...

The question regarding your car is not very clear..are you taking about hiring or buying one?

DTH - well i have personally not tried it ,and dont think i will for a bit because i am very happy with the local cable guy ..the big players in India are

Dish TV
Tata Sky
Big TV - The latest entrant , far better in technology with Mpeg 4...

Just check out their websites for what they are offering..
