Agra To Delhi

Hi folks, I am going from Delhi to Agra via train(Bhopal Shatabdi) and I have booked this via cleartrip.com . I am reaching Agra at 800am and I will be visiting taj mahal.

My problem now is how do I return back to Delhi on the same day. The train(Punjab Mail) seem really late in the afternoon. Is there any other option(faster) to return back to Delhi?

Hi Ashley
You can reach Delhi from Agra by boarding the following trains.
1. Samta Express - Mon /Thur/Fri Dep:13.45 Arr:16.40
2. UTKAL EXPRESS - All Days Dep:10:53 Arr:14:10
3. CHATTISGARH EXP - All Days Dep:16:10 Arr:19:45
4. JHELUM EXPRESS - All Days Dep:17:10 Arr:20:45
5. MANGALA LDWEEP -All Days Dep:10:28 Arr:13:10

Why dont you go for the same train - Bhopal Shatabdi in the evening (around 8 p.m.). It will reach New Delhi around 10 p.m.

This way, you can cover easily Agra in a day from Delhi...with ample time to visit Taj Mahal and Fatehpur Sikri.

Shatabdi- Shatabdi is best option for Agra Day trip....
