Yep , Delhi's really happening now , plus add on the fact that areas around like Noida and Gurgaon have seen warp speed development over the last few years and have become major hubs for entertainment and you end up with a lot of options when it comes to Nighlife, things to do etc.
Facelift ,well , thats something you will need to gauge for yourself. Lots of sections of Delhi are currently in a mess due to digging work being carried out for the Metro. The BRT system has caused a lot of grief as well and in general road quality is at an all time low! The biggest thing that has happened , or one off them at any rate, is the Metro starting operations. Will turly be a boon once everything is done. Traffic is a lot worse , number of vehicles as well as the jams! This can be endless , so might be better if you ask specific questions! ![]()
