12 hours in Delhi.....can I have delhi darshan?

HI folks,
I will be arriving terminal-1 at 13:00 hours/Thursday from Kerala on my way back to Canada. My outbound connection flight is at 2:30 morning/Friday from Terminal-2
Having 12 hours in Delhi, really want to go for sightseeing.
Really appreciate your directions...
Thanks

thanks for the reply....
never been to Delhi before, airport transits only...
I would love to see red fort, jama masjid, qutub minar, raj ghat, india gate, parliament, rashtrapti bhavan etc; historic places only , not to museum, shopping mall etc.
I am arriving at 1300 hrs, considering flight and airport delays hope I can start by 1400 hrs from term-1 and return by 2200 to term-2.
Is this possible?
Your suggestions and directions are highly appreciated....
thanks

You can get some clues here

Delhi - in 4 hours!

thanks
not four hours, I have 10 hours..knowing it is not enough for even a small town, but nothing else to do except boring in lounge half a day waiting outbound flight...
So I thought for going a mini sightseeing atleast the historical monuments...that is it..
Delhi Tourism have AfterNoon Tour (New Delhi): 02:15 p.m. to 5.15 p.m. (Dep: RK Puram?) and Delhi evening tour 6.30 p.m. To 10.00 p.m (Dep: Dilli Hat)
How far is the RK Puram from domestic terminal? Is it possible to get there in an hour?
Please help!!!

donvalley, I, will suggest Qutub Minar, Humayun Tomb and India Gate or you can just leave out any one and include Chandni Chowk. Leave every thing else for next time.

Yes, quite easily (although construction at the Outer Ring Road can be murder in traffic). In a cab, it should not take you more than forty minutes or so even if slow.
