1 or 2 Day Trip from Delhi - National Park?

Hello

I am due to arrive into Delhi a couple of days before my girlfriend in September 2012

I'm looking at doing a 1 or 2 day trip from Delhi but not sure where to go. I dont really have any limit on Budget too much, but obviously would be nice not to go crazy.

We are going to explore Delhi together when she arrives, so im thinking about a National Park maybe to see some animals? Something a bit different to Delhi thats easy enough to reach by train or private car

Any ideas or suggestions?

You don't have to leave Delhi to see animals though you're probably wanting to see more than cows and monkeys. I'm not sure if there are any national parks that close to Delhi so someone else may provide that information. Delhi has a lot of great things to see, some worth seeing twice so you can go on your own and with your girlfriend, just in case you can't get out of the city while you wait for her.

Some of the options are:
- Corbett National Park
- Bharatpur Bird Century
- rajaji national park

These all are doable in 2 days time from Delhi.
