Thailandmike? Vietnammike?

My daughter is planning on traveling in Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam early next year. Is there an Indiamike equivalent for those countries?

OK in fact finding the right threads turns out to be not so easy. There's some pointers here but there are other threads. Lonely Planet's Thorn Tree Forum is here & covers most of the world.

Whilst the standard of posts are well below Indiamike I have found some useful information on the talesofasia website forum for SE Asia.

You just have to skip past the occassional 'where's the best party/place to score' type discourse.
