Indian airlines offers several packages for tourists visiting Sri Lanka starting from Rs 35000 for 2 adults for 3 nights and 4 days, with many more options.
Check out: http://indianairlinespackages.com/
Flights are from Goa, via Chennai to Colombo.

SL - top tip - if you visit during this time you will be able to join the pilgrimage to Sri Pada (Adam's peak). You ascend at night up the thousands of steps lit with hanging white lights and wait for dawn when you will (hopefully) be greeted with the famous triangular shadow of the peak and stunning views.
