I am Lakshmi from Bangalore looking for independent trekking partners to do the 23 day Snowman trek in Bhutan during Sep - Oct 2007 . The trek is classified as - strenuous. im glad i came across this post of yours. I'am planning a two month backpacking trip to Sikkim, Bhutan and Nepal this Oct. I hadn't decided on the itinerary preferring to just get there and plan the trip as it progressed.

But the Snowman trek sounds really interesting.. i was just checking up on it these last two days, the more i read the more i want to go on the trek. I have the time to work it into my trip plan. But i guess a trek like this would require a lot of planning. Can you please PM me details of the same.. things like which whom you should book (or is it possible to just show up at the starting place and sign up for the trek like for the shorter treks in sikkim), the exact dates for the trek, stuff to carry, medical checks required (if any) etc.
