SA BV expired, Waiting for WP travel post problems

Dear All,

i came to South africa by Business Visa for my company(IT MNC) business purpose on last year November. i have applied ICT(Intra company Transfer - Workpermit) on Feb'09 (before expiring my business visa), South africa Home affairs accepted my application and provided receipt. till now i did't received my ICT. My work is completed now my management is asking me to travel back to home country by paying fine in Airport immegration. (I have the Home affairs provided original receipt)

Actually the problem is with Home affairs till now they are not allocated VISA to me,
can i travel back to my home country with that receipt and paying fine? can any one advice is it cause any problems in my further travels to other countries?

please advice, im in dilemma.

It sounds as if your problem is with the South African authorities, and this is a forum for Indian related travel issues. While one of our members might be able to help you, don't hold your breath!

I know nothing of South African visa issues, but unless you know better, I'd be very wary of doing anything such as leaving and paying an "overstay" fine before this is resolved, as in many countries overstayers are blacklisted and won't be able to get future visas.
