Planning itinerary in Quadrilateral route...Need Help.

I'm new to IndiaMike.com here.

Just spent the entire 6hrs hooked to this website, for its detailed information.
I need help in planning an itinerary for Bhutan-Darjeeling-Sikkim-Nepal tour. Dont know if its feasible though!
We are a group of 6 friends and budget is 10k/person.

Travel in December.
Arrive at Jaigaon from Siliguri
Proceed to Phuentsoling, and tour Bhutan.
Exit from Bhutan at Phuentsoling
Return back to Siliguri.
Siliguri-Darjeeling-Kalimpong Tour
From Kalimpong to Sikkim and visit the Tsangpo lake.
Then, enter Nepal.
Visit some places here and there in Nepal and finally exit to India.

Is Rs.10k/person affordable enough to this entire tour, starting from Jaigaon-Bhutan-Darjeeling-Sikkim-Nepal-(dont know where to exit)???

Cross border at Birgunj,(overnight at Chitwan) Day1
Visit Chitwan National Park,(sightseeing,stay) Day2
Travel from Chitwan to Pokhara,(Stay at Pokhara) Day3,Day4
Pokhara to Kathmandu,(travelling and local tour) Day5
A long bus haul from Kathmandu to Kakarbhita Day6/Day7
Kakarbhita to Darjeeling Day7,Day8
Darjeeling to Gangtok (arrival and stay) Day9
Gangtok - Nathula (days trip and stay at Gangtok) Day10
Nathula - Jaigaon (A long trip by jeep) Day11
Jaigaon - Thimphu Day12
Thimphu - Paro Day13
Paro - Siliguri. Day14

What would be the total expenses in going this way???
If going by the most economical way.
And except for Nepal, is overnight travelling safe through Sikkim & Bhutan.

I had done Nepal thru Raxaul back in '98 an covered Kathmandu and Pokhra. It had cost me 5k. But as you are covering other places like Bhutan, Darjeling and Sikkim; the cost per person may work out close to 20k per head.

Travelling in Nepal and Darjeling may be disrupted due to maoist problem but nothing more in terms of safety.

If the budget cannot be stretched then makesure the return ticket to your hometown is booked beforehand.

Which train are you taking till Raxaul?

Travelling in Sikkim and Bhutan will be safe. In Nepal you can stay in Thamel area.
