Need help for Hongkong and Dalian

Hello Guys,

I am not sure if i am posting this thread in right forum but i couldnt find any other forum.

I would be visiting Dalian (China) for 15 days via Hongkong. Now i have few queries:
1) Which is a good place to do some shooping... Hongkong or Dalian? and What sort of items?
2) Are branded goods cheaper in Hongkong than in India?
3) Is there any restriction of the amount of shopping one can do from Dalian (China)?
4) Good places for vegetarian food in Dalian?
