Kathmandu - Bodhgaya -return

Hi,I would like to go from Kathmandu to Bodhgaya for about 10 days. I've been looking at flights,but cannot find anything. Is there a bus I could take?
Thank you.
Best wishes!

Though I've never done that trip

I believe your best bet would be to get down the main Delhi-Calcutta train line and take a train. From Varanasi it is, I think, about four hours by train to Gaya, then bus to Bohd Gaya. Hopefully you don't have to go to Varanasi to catch the train, as the Ktm-Varanasi bus ride is about 15 hours over two days.

========

Coming to Kathmandu vai BOudhgaya is a standard route. May pilgrims do visit Varanasi and then Boudhagaya, there are train service and buses are also available to Nepal border Sunoli from Boudh Gaya, though you might need some transit. From here there are plenty of bus service to Kathmandu. But it will be wise to visit Lumbini (birth place of Lord Boudha)which is only an hour away. You can easily spend a day or two in Lumnbini visiting Buddhist temple and momument built by all Buddhist nation. From there you can either fly to Kathmandu or you can take a bus.
