You seem to be wanting to see entire India in 16 days !!

Please refer a map of India, select an area/state in keeping with your primary interest; and tour intensively.

Goa is not advisable during August, which is the monsoon season.

You'll obviously not be able to relax on a sunny beach in Goa in August!

You should do Mumbai, Udaipur, Jaipur, Agra, Fatehpur Sikri, Varanasi, Lucknow and Delhi, in that order.

yourcrazyperson, if you really want to see as much as you can in two weeks you can buy Visit India fare from JetAirways, and prob'ly other Indian air carriers, with a two week deal you can take as many flights as you want to (BUT will you want to?).
