India - Myanmar border crossing???

The following company say that they can cross from North-East India into Myanmar in a bus, then after a few days touring, they cross into Thailand.

Oz-Bus.com

I'm confused, I thought this wasn't allowed, has anything changed?

Click on Itinerary, their map on the front page has the bus avoiding Myanmar.

Have you seen the price of the whole journey, and what's not included? (Visas, border charges)

If I'm not mistaken at the end of the itinerary they say that they can always take a different road in case circumstances forbid the proposed one. And in the red itinerary in the home page it seems that the bus will go to Burma from Yunnan, which is probably possible nowadays. Or it is a scam altogether.

The itinerary say they would enter Burma from India. The map on the front page shows them entering Burma from China, which at least used to be possible. Google tells me the company has just started, i wouldn't be in a hurry to send them any of my money.

I think the corssing was only closed to individuals, as a group perhaps they have gotten around the rules!!

Agree with Anders though their map shows entry to Burma from Tibet/China
