Help With Decision - Nepal Trek

i love to hike and am so lucky to have done some brillant hikes in india. The himalaya give me so much energy and spirit. They are such an amazing mountain range. (I am stating the very obvious, OOPS, SORRY)
i am going to nepal for a month and hope somebody could direct me to a challanging hike that would require camping and not too over run with tourists. I dont mind long travel journeys and certain dont mond basic conditions.
I am spoilt from treking in the most beautiful remote parts of india. (srinagar, jammu, sikkim, ladakh and HP)
thanks in advance,

teresa

Canice,

You can consider Mustang. There is not much tourist there.
