Help needed to form a 6 day nepal itinerary

Greetings all!

We (me & my wife), both 27 yrs of age, are visiting Nepal on the 15 of july for a duration of 6 days.

I know its monsoon but there's no other way out because of job. We have to visit now or never!

Kindly suggest your own 6/7days itinerary so that we can better plan our visit.

thanking you in anticipation.

Bye.

PS: we would like to visit scenic places but not an overload of religion.

Hmmmmm 6 days ,monsoon time . I take you are flying in and out of Kathmandu .
2days in Kathmandu seeing the sights and wandering the streets can easily occupy a day or two
1 day While still based in KKM bus out to Bhaktapur and see the sites
1 day to Patan
2 days is not really enough to do any longer journeys to Pokhara etc by bus so there has to be better ways to occupy the time .If Possible , it being monsoon ,check out the mountain flights .
hope this offers some Little help

thanks for your inputs

we are crossing the border by road. we can also extend our visit by a day or two. we are thinking about visiting (at the least) both kathmandu & pokhara in a max of 8 days. do you think this is possible?

also would like to know avg. cost of lodging & food on per day basis as well as the cost of the mountain flight for two.

kindly give us your valuable inputs.

thank you again.
