Help me planning my trip to Nepal & Dooars

Three of our friends with families ( total 8 persons) , are planning to visit Nepal and Dooars in the next month .We will enter in Nepal via.Raxaul-Birgunj on 03.03.08. During return ( on 11.03.08) we would like to visit Gorumara Forest (Lataguri-Dooars) on 12.03.08 & 13.03.08and will catch train to Sealdah (Kolkata) from NJP on 13.03.08 .

I would like to request you to help me planning my trip to Nepal & Doors by road (from Birgunj-Nepal to Lataguri-Dooars). Which will be the nearest exit piont from Nepal to Reach Lataguri. How much time it would take to reach Lataguri.
