Heads Up from Southeast Asia
For those of you who are happen to be in Southeast Asia and are planning to make it to India.. if Khao san agents don't do it for you, try flying out of Singapore.
http://jetstarasia.com/lowFares/ Jetstar's new deal for the season includes S$69 one way to Kolkata and S$129 one way to Bangalore.. making it about S$127 (3500 rupees, US$77) to Kolkata, including taxes! This might be useful if you're going to be in or near Singapore.. the catch is that you gotta book before 14 Feb, for travel by 30 June. =) I'm going to be spending Valentine's Day persuading somebody to book this... |
