Ganja La and Nepal in 16 Days

Hello, im getting into nepal in the 19 to September and must leave nepal on the 6 to Ocotber. which means i have 18 days.
im more into trekking and thought about two options which are close to katmandu since i dont have alot of time:
1. get transportation to Dhunche and start to walk east north to Kianjing Gompa and start to go south trought Ganja La Pass to Tarke Gyrig and then go back to Dhunche and Katmandu and catch my flight.
is that option is reasonble in that time of the year? do i need any mountaineering equipmnet? i do have 4 season tent and good sleeping bags and warm clothes. but no mountaineering equipment (ice axe, ropes, crampons and etc..)

2. give up on Ganja La Pass and go all the way from Dhunche to Kianjing Gompa then go back on the villeges that i skipped on my way before until i reach to Syabrugaun and from there walk to Chisapani and get a ride back to katmandu.

are those option reasonable for 16 days of walking ? is there any risks in that area need to be consider?
ANY ONE WANNA JOIN ME ?
