Direct Flight Kolkata to Kathmandu?

Hi,
Please help me with a few details.
I am looking to travel by air from Kolkata to Kathmandu on November 18th 2009.
Are there any direct flights between the two cities? If yes, any links would be much appreciated

Also, is it better to book these kinds of flights ahead on the internet or can I pick up tickets at good prices once I've arrived in Kolkata?

There is no direct flight from Kolkata to Kathmandu.

dada, just found some data on the CCU - KTM route.

IC747 [Indian Airlines]
etd CCU 1350 hrs - mon / tues / thu / sat [expected time of departure]
eta KTM 1515 hrs [expected time of arrival]

all the other airlines have one stop.
