decisions decisions? CAN U HELP?

CAN U HELP? ok i have 4 months left of my travel which i want to visit bangladesh ( 2 months), northeastern states for 3 weeks and nepal for 6 week- having a hard time deciding on what order to go due to the monsoon. was thinking of headin to nepal and during annapurnia circuit but afriad of low visibility heard that bangladesh is very wet in august and september does anyone know a good time to visit the north eastern hill states?

Moving on? Talk about countries that surround India. Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Tibet, etc...
