Crossing into Nepal from Siliguri - info please
Hi
I would like to know any helpful comments on the current situation on crossing from Siliguri into Nepal travelling up the Mahendra H/way to Lahan in Saptari district. I am checking a aid project we have there but have always travelled in from Kathmandu despite the hair raising bus trip. Any tips on what I might expect at the border, the road, time to get from border to Lahan etc would be appreciated. Thanks. tomtoddy. |
