Yes Duronto Jajabar , what I learned from net is 25 heads are much more than what could be actually accomodated in this place. There is not much information available in net . However , I am sure you must have went through the Somnath-da's pics. Here

There is a trekker's hut in Chintappu , as I have heard.

Bro, I support your decision....Chinatppu to Sandakphu...the route is mostly uphil from Gorwali....better to do it with a small & fit team. Anyway...the good news is I have collected the name & contact no. of the travel agent who is arranging the Landrover trip to Chintappu....

I have seen Somnathda's pictures and those are beyond admiration. It increases our desire to visit the place in future (of course in smaller team).

We visited Chintapur, Nepal on end of June 2012
From New Jalpaiguri Stn. we went to Pashupati Nagar, near Mirik. From there we went to Fikkal by a Maruti car...then we got a bus for district town Ilam...from there we went to Biflate by a maruti car then we got a Landrover for Maipokhri...we stayed at Maipokhri.Next day we started trekking from Maipokhri to Maimajua. Distance is about 12 km..we stayed at Maimajua. Next day we started for Chintapur, distance is 16 km. There is a nice Trekkers hut...we stayed there two days and from there we started for Sandakphu..distance is 22 km..then we reached Gurdum then Srikhola and get car from Sipi( on way to Rimbik)
