Title says it all -- when's the best time of the year (weather, festivals, etc.) for a two- to three-week holiday in Bangladesh?

Thank you very mcuh to show interest to visit Bangladesh. Winter is the best time (Nov-Feb) for visiting Bangladesh. You will also be able to enjoy the greatest EID festaival (january) duirng that time.
