Bangladesh Visa question

Hi, don't flame me if this has been discussed serveral times before.

I am planning a trip to Myanmar in March / April 06. It would be good if I can visit BD. I have following questions:

1. Whether Indians are given on-arrival visa at the airport? If yes, for what duration? What cost?
2. If the above is negetive, can I obtain a visa in Myanmar at BD consulate?
3. Is there any other "hidden" charges

(Airport entry/exit Tax etc)
4. Is it safe to enter BD from Burmese side on Road?

It is better to take visa from India.

Other hand, it is not permitted to enter Bangladesh from Myanmar by road. You can take Biman which fare is USD 150 (one way). It opertaes twice a week.
