BANGLADESH - Hotel Sea Land at Dhaka

Who knows something about the Hotel Sea Land in Dhaka (very close to Kamalapur trainstation)
64/A Station Road (North Kamalapur). How is it there and how much they charge for a single room ? Is this area safe ?

In Dhaka, we stayed at Hotel Pacific, which was around 1400 (double) with a/c, very clean, nice bathroom, hot water in the morning ... and a very good lunch buffet!

It's in Motijheel, the financial district.
