Advice on Trip To Nepal Requested

Hi
I am planning to visit Nepal for about 10 days either in Feb or March next year.

Most ready made travel packages include
Kathmandu,Pokhara,Dhulikhel,Na garkot,Chitwan and Jomsom ..

I would need inputs on the following

1)Which of these places should I visit because obviously i won't be able to cover everything in 10 days.
2)Are there any other places which are better than the ones mentioned above.
3)What would be the weather like during Feb/March
4)From which place in nepal would we be able to see Mount Everest. We don't want to trek since my parents are coming along.
5) Are there any specific flights/helicopter rides which would provide us an aerial view of Mount Everest?

Do not plan a trip to Nepal this season becoz of the volatile political situation there.

Instead , travel to Varanasi and Bodhgaya on the Ganga - temples -
Buddhist tourism circuit for a similar experience as Nepal.
