hello fellow travelers ,
I am visiting Nepal around the first week of October 2017 .I would like to stay or spend time like the attached image. Mostly a place where i can gaze at the Himalayas and relax.
Please suggest the place and any hotel/lodge/monastry/camping anything that comes to your mind.

Thanks & Regards
Avijit

"Fishtail" is distinctive, isn't it?
It might be the best of times or the worst of times...but it's the only time you've got!

Or...something different:https://www.tripadvisor.ca/Hotel_Rev...rn_Region.html

Met the owner trekking on Annapurna Base Camp trek and went for a visit when I got back to Pokhara...really nice place (check out the reviews!)

Recent scenario of Darjeeling and Sikkim is not good due to political reasons and I have already visited Sikkim few months back.

Yes i do agree the place is really nice and probably the best. Can you just let me know how far is this from pokhra town and if you can then what's the accommodation charges of the same. Online its showing 38 Euros plus vat and service tax for a Single Cottage which is a bit out of my budget.

Hi
Go to Sarangkot in Pokhara and stay there, you will get same view or else go to Nagarkot for similar views, Nagarkot is 36 KMs away from Kathmandu, there are several hotels , Club Himalaya is a nice hotel to stay.

Have a nice trip.

Thanks
Alok
