Looking For A Flatmate

I'm looking for a flatmate, in Mumbai, giving you all a description of the place.

Please contact me at 98209 76792 or email her at pubalib@yahoo. com if interested.

Room details listed below. Well it's a lovely 3 bedroom, quite big by Bombay standards, very centrally located on Hill Road, Bandra. Big hall, kitchen and separate loos for all bedrooms.
Rent 17k per month and deposit 50K. No agent's fee, obviously.

There's me, Pubali, and another friend Sam, we are both in advertsing working nine to five - you know the drill.

Everything is set, we have a cook and maid, laundry, cable TV, internet cable too if the new person wants to activate it. There is a small cupboard but no bed. Probably the new person will need to get a bed and a big cupboard if he/she needs it.

Whoever is interested can come take a look at the place, they just need to call me on 98209 76792. The place is free from Feb 1st.

We are looking for a person with a steady outlook in life, if not with a steady income, who won't have any hassles with the rent, which is actually low by Bandra standards. And don't think it of rent for the room, the whole house is shared by us. In any case tell people to come have a look.

The landlady too would prefer someone with a bonafide source of income, since she is renewing the lease for two years, she wants someone who is here for a while. I understand that two years may be too long to promise but at least a year should be good for now and then we will see how it goes.

Also, I have two dogs, cute little cocker spaniels who do not bite, only bounce about and play. They are not allowed in any of the bedrooms in principle, but my flatmates often do get taken in by the cute, pleading looks and let them in. It's totally up to the third person if he/she wants to do this. They don't bark too, unless there's commotion outside or the doorbell rings. But yes, all hardcore canine phobics would want to keep away I suppose!
