Cool

Hi All, just to let you know my recently furnished spacious studio appartment in Arpora, Goa(sleeps 2) is available for a short term let for aprox 3 weeks, from 7th Dec to 29th December 2007 (or shorter if required). Its an ideal place to spend Xmas, benefitting from being situated in peaceful Arpora Village, but still having many local restaurants and internet, bus etc in the village and its only 5 minutes drive to Baga & Calangute beaches & a wider choice of bars, restaurants, ATMs, shops etc.

The weekly rate is 195 UK Pounds (either payable into my UK bank account or by Western Union (if paying from outside India).

The appartment is on the top/2nd floor of a quiet residential complex with very high quality construction and internal finish, and the complex includes a shared swimming pool for all guests with sun loungers, landscaped gardens, 24 hour security, the use of 1 bicycle (scooter hire can also be arranged locally). The ensuite appartment has a kitchen with a gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, crockery & cuttlery, toaster etc, and it also has a good sized private balcony with table and chairs. The sleeping area has 2 single beds which can be pushed together if required.

Hi All,

Just to let you know i've recently put my (52m sq) studio appartment in Arpora, Goa (mentioned in above posts) on the market, and for legal reasons i would prefer to sell ideally to an NRI/PIO/OCI.

My asking price is Rs24 Lakhs (at current exchange rate aprox 31,500 UK Pounds), and this price includes all furnishings/fittings and also the life time maintenance charge worth 1,600 Pounds (which i have already paid to the builder, and will be transferred to the buyer).

For more info please don't hesitate to contact me via the 'contact' section on the following link (from my rental advert):

www.ownersdirect.co.uk/india/IN102.htm

Thanks :-)

Hi Mr.Goa,

Yes its 52 sq metres (sorry i don't know the equivalent in feet), and please note this is built up area and my proportionate share of communal entance (super built up area), as given by the developer, which he told me is the way properties are measured in Goa (internal floor space is aprox 42 sq metres).
Hope this helps.
