flat to sublet: South Delhi

I'm going to be out of Delhi for the month of July, and am looking to sublet my place centrally located in South Delhi. It's near Lajpat Nagar. I'm looking for around 16,000 Rs a month (depending on electricty usage)


this includes:


2 room set, (2 bedroom, 'shotgun' style flat. meaning all of the rooms are connected in a row)

Fully furnished: including bedroom AC, fridge, Aquaguard water purifier, furnishings.

DSL, including small UPS system, you have to supply your own computer I'm afraid.

Weekly servicing (floors, laundry and cooking 7 days a week. You have to purchase the groceries though)

Utilities--water and electricity.
