Fabulous room (or whole flat) to rent (Delhi)

Hi,

My flatmate and I have had a change in our circumstances and need to move out urgently. So we are advertising our rooms for rent - you can take either one of the two rooms or else the full flat. Here is the ad I have placed for this:

A gorgeous, spacious, fully-furnished and equipped two-bedroom flat with attached bathrooms and AC throughout is available for almost immediate rent in New Friends Colony.

The master bedroom has AC, a large double bed, two arm chairs, cable TV, two full-size mirrors, large cupboards, a radiator, a large desk, a private balcony... and even an exercise bike! Internet and phone connections MAY be available. Bathroom has hot water, shower, large mirror, Western toilet and large bath tub.

The second bedroom has AC, a single bed, cable TV, ample shelving and cupboard units, a full-size mirror and desk, and there is also access through this room to a small roof terrace. Bathroom similarly has hot water, shower, large mirror, Western toilet and a bath tub.

There is a very spacious kitchen and lounge/sitting room. The latter has two sofas and two armchairs, AC, TV, sound system and more. Marble floors throughout. Water purifying system, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave oven and all other kitchen equipment (including blender, juicer, etc). Also a dining table and chairs.

The helpful and friendly landlords share their huge rooftop (with bar) for parties, etc. Pleasant neighbours, walking distance to restuarants, coffee shops, pubs, rickshaws, market and import grocery stores.

Available approximately 1st December with a lease until 20th June (can be extended) for Rs26 to 27,000 per month. Photos available on request.
