I am a final yr college student staying on Palace Road [behind le meridien]. I am currently staying at this place with my room mate and would want a room mate by the end of January 2008 as he is moving out. It is a two room place with a sit out, a huge bedroom and attached bathroom. It is fully furnished and wi fi enabled. The rent includes maid services, laundry, electricity, water charges etc. The place is a part of Smriti Nandan Centre for Art and Culture and has a very very serene atmosphere. Lots of greenery and peace.

Its walking distance from Cunningham road and around 2kms frm MG Road.

Hey,

Thanks for ur interest. Well the rent is Rs.3500/head/month and Rs.1000 for maid, wifi, electricity and other utilities. The place is fully furnished and u just need to move in with your Clothes! hehe... The rent for 6 months is to be paid when you move in and you dont have to pay for the next 6 months! :-) I do have pics of the place.
