Delicacies in Central India?

Hi,

What are the kinds of delicacies in Central India? Is it as hot and spicy as Northern India?

It's generally spicy (uses more chilly) with little bit extra oily!
If not of the kind, you might need to drain oil out!
BTW, I didn't find North Indian food much spicy!
