Hi, I will be coming to chennai from the UK either late may or early june for an IT course at

rangarajapuram, west mambalam, chennai, Tamil Nadu 600024, India
I need a place to stay, I am speak tamil, as i am originally from sri lanka, so i can speak the local town lingo. I need accomodation or details of estate agents that can provide me details.
My budget is around is flexible but i need a good tidy place where i can study. budget is ranging from 3000 to 8000 rupees.
Any ideas guys, i really need to sort my accomodation out as the time is getting nearer
