New Pomeranian Puppy

So I recently bought a 2 m/o Pom puppy (male), as a surprise for my roommate; but when I got home and showed him the dog, he told me that he was allergic! At any rate, I had already bought the puppy with all the goods: collar, leash, shampoo, puppy food, etc., and took him for his first round of vaccinations. I could take him back to the pet store perhaps, but does anyone here want a dog+accessories, or know of a place online to post "for sale" dog ads? I just think it's such a waste to let all the food and accessories go to waste. Thanks.

Well I know, but I just can't afford to think of it like that. I would really love to keep him; he's not only really adorable but very affectionate and well-behaved (he even has been sleeping in my bed with me). But it's not fair to the dog (who can only stay in my room) or my roommate (whose eyes are itching and watering now if he walks out of his room), so I just want to try and find him a new happy home as soon as possible (mainly so I don't get too attached!)

There are lots of pet shops in Chennai, you can contact them and ask them to sell it for you. And just in todays paper I saw pet pals in the HINDU a section which comes every wednesday and has got tips on pets, also they feature a section where you can post ads for adoption, I have seen pomerian, labrador, mongreal puppys , dogs for adoption.. Even in todays paper they had one kitty and one mongreal dog for adoption, now as per my understanding when they mean adoption obviously it will mean that its for free. So you should asked me before buying that pup. Not only you spent money, but forgot to know your friends choice. Anyways play with it till you decide to sell it or adopt it.

You can also post ad in freeads website, but that will take time, they have thrusday and sunday editons. And they will do verification on telephone, I think so. But its free.

If getting back money which you paid for puppy , leashes etc is an issue then you might need to wait for some days till you get reasonable amount. Else for adoption there are many ways and your pup will get disposed off easily.
