Okay, we are in need of a lawnmower (not the person just the equipment)

. We are looking for a reel type mower (no engine). Can these be found in the city? I know Fisherman's Cove uses them so they must be available somewhere. Any ideas please??

Gardening equipment is available in Chennai at Parry's. Not too sure just where to start: try Rasappa Street

Thanks for the suggestion of Parry's. Will have to check into that. We have been checking with places along ECR and no one can seem to get there hands on one.

Our gardener not due back for a week or two, or could ask him. Suspect he'd use a pair of shears anyway!

Fisher mans cove can source it from the huge Taj network it might have been sourced from Mumbai too !!!! ASk any local maali (gardener) or your domestic help to enquire from the gardener they shall be of help for sure .

Found one at Perry's corner! My hubby got a reel type mower, sprayer and some trimmers for 4000rps. We thought it was a good deal. The lawn looks so much better than the hand cut look!

There's not much that can't be bought at Parry's and the adjoining areas; I love that district!
