Smile Hotel Blue Diamond Chennai

Hi there, I have rang this hotel and made a booking , but the line was bad , and the guy at the desk was hard to understand. I want to confirm the booking by email, but when I contact them on their address bluediamond@vsnl.com , it comes back as undeliverable.
Does anyone have an up to date email address for this hotel?

A lot of small places don't have, use, or check their email.

It's bad business but they haven't caught up with this yet.

Quite. Undeliverable though would mean they had one but it's become terminally disfunctional

Undeliverable can mean many things; often that the address exists, but that username does not.

vsnl is one of the big Indian telecom companies. early Indian email addresses were often @vsnl. This could be an old or defunct id.
