Help, Where do I find rolling papers in Chennai?
Hi, I am a long-time lurker and finally registered to ask this question I know you knowledgeable bunch will be able to answer. I finally picked up this ummm very very potent green tobacco *wink* but it sucks because I have nothing to smoke it out of. I didn't bring any zig zag's with me from the states and I have spent half the day going to every shop asking for rolling papers. Do they call them something else in Chennai? Does anyone know where I can get some decent rolling papers tonight? I live near Adyar and I hear Rizla is a popular brand in India but I google it and find no mention of it in India. Do they call them something else here? Please help me!
