How fast did they stitch a salwar suit for you?

I had several ones I owned that were HUGE (given to me as gifts) so they very kindly took my measurements and tore apart the tops and pants and had them back to me in several days. You HAVE to let them know if it is emergent as timeframe needed or it will probably be a week at most.
