I think it's pretty cool. Last year, I think it was, maybe the year before, members of the Indian Army were visiting Alaska on an exchange. I'm kind of fond of Indians and Alaskans getting together, army or otherwise
Back to the topic -- made me smile. I just began yoga two weeks ago. I started thinking about yoga a year ago and finally joined a beginner class. I love it I'm happy, I'm a bit sore, I'm breathing well, it helps lessen depression (have probs with seasonal affective disorder in the winter months up here due to the lack of sunshine), etc. Am sure it's doing things for me I have no clue about!Thanks for sharing this ![]()
