where to be during the monsoon?!
any good advice on places to visit and things to do during the monsoon season? i don't know how much it effects stuff (and makes travel unenjoyable?), besides drenching the county of course. i know it's the "low"season for tourists. but i'm sure there are still a whole lot of great places to be at that time, right?

In the North, Zanskar and Leh are at their peak and dry
In the South, the Deccan plateau around Mysore is pretty comfortable, and wet
