where to be during the monsoon?!
any good advice on places to visit and things to do during the monsoon season? i don't know how much it effects stuff (and makes travel unenjoyable?), besides drenching the county of course. i know it's the "low"season for tourists. but i'm sure there are still a whole lot of great places to be at that time, right?
